I’ve just started and i’m not sure how I feel about 500px yet. On the one hand, the interface is beautiful but then it’s VERY hard to get exposure on there. I’ve posted stuff at all different times of day to varying responses.

My highest rated image on there was like a 96.0. The first time I posted it I got 0 votes/likes in the first hour. As an experiment, I took it down and immediately reposted it and got a barrage of votes and it was on the upcoming page in a couple of minutes. I think it might be better if they limited everyone to 2-3 uploads per day, or at the very least made some rule where you have to wait at least x number of hours before posted another photo!
